Community Rules
Last updated · May 24, 2026
Neon Ludo is a global multiplayer game. To keep matches fun and welcoming for everyone, every player — including streamers, top-ranked players and clan leaders — agrees to these rules.
1. Be respectful
- No harassment, threats, slurs or personal attacks.
- No hate speech, discrimination or content targeting protected groups.
- No sexual content, no content that sexualises minors in any way.
2. Play fairly
- No cheating, botting, scripting or exploiting bugs.
- No win-trading, boosting, smurfing or collusion in ranked or tournament play.
- No deliberately leaving matches to ruin them for teammates.
3. Keep chat clean
- No spam, advertising, scams or referral schemes.
- No phishing links, malware, or attempts to impersonate staff.
- No sharing personal information about yourself or others (doxing).
4. Clan & tournament conduct
- Clan leaders are responsible for moderating their own clan chat.
- Tournament organisers may enforce additional rules listed on the event page.
- Bribery, match-fixing and prize fraud lead to lifetime bans.
5. Reporting
Tap the “Report” option on any profile, chat message or match result. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and may be investigated automatically by anti-cheat systems. False mass-reporting is itself a violation.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity, violations may lead to:
- A chat mute (24 hours to 30 days).
- Removal of rewards, rank or items.
- Temporary account suspension.
- Permanent ban without refund.
You can appeal any moderation action by emailing support@neonludo.com.
7. Child safety
We use chat filters, age gates and report tooling to keep the community safe. If you see content that may harm a minor, report it immediately and email privacy@neonludo.com.
