By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Neon Ludo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app or any related services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neon Ludo Studios. Your continued use of the service confirms your acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Neon Ludo. In some jurisdictions, a higher minimum age may apply based on local laws.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the game complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

• One account per user: Each player may maintain only one active account.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful and accurate information when creating your account.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Account activity: You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• No transfers: Selling, trading, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited.

• No cheating: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any unauthorized third-party tools is strictly forbidden.
• No hacks: Modifying game files, memory, or network traffic to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• No exploits: Abusing bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for personal gain is not allowed.
• No modified clients: Using altered or unofficial versions of the game client will result in immediate action.
• No abusive behavior: Harassment, hate speech, threats, and toxic conduct toward other players are unacceptable.
• Violations may result in match invalidation, removal of rewards, temporary suspension, or permanent ban without refund.

Virtual items including coins, gems, cosmetics, battle passes, and tournament tickets are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

All purchases are processed by official platform billing systems: Google Play Billing on Android and Apple In-App Purchases on iOS. Local taxes may apply where required by law.

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your store account settings.

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share within the game, including profile names, avatars, chat messages, and clan descriptions.

You may not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable.

Neon Ludo Studios reserves the right to remove any user content that violates these terms or community standards without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, engages in cheating or fraud, or poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the game.

Disciplinary actions may include:

• Warning or temporary mute
• Temporary suspension from matchmaking
• Permanent account ban
• Forfeiture of virtual items, currency, and rankings

All moderation decisions are final. For appeals, contact support@neonludo.com.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neon Ludo Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using Neon Ludo and terminate your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Account → Delete Account.

Upon termination, all virtual items, currency, and progress associated with your account are permanently forfeited. This action is irreversible.

We may also terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
